  • A MAXIMUM of two trips will be awarded per company.
  • ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE CURRENT by completion of the program in order to participate.
  • All required travel documents, including passports are the responsibility of the trip recipient.
  • Griffith Electric Supply may, at its sole discretion, cancel the trip program OR CHANGE THE DESTINATION (S) for any reason it deems appropriate, including, but not limited to, escalation of costs and expenses, economic conditions, force majeure, and acts of God.
  • Any individual whose company has rules or policies prohibiting such participation may not participate.
  • Federal 1099 tax forms will be distributed as required by IRS regulations.
